Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat via email at registration@marundeshwara.com.
- Cancellations received up to 30th June 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received after 30th June 2026 will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the reason.
- GST charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference closes.
